Day 1: Arrival in Kigali and Hotel Transfer

The scenic drive through Rwanda’s hills and valleys offers spectacular views of the Virunga ranges. Cross into Uganda through the Cyanika border and continue to Bwindi, arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Community Visit
Today is your gorilla trekking day. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing about trekking rules. Hike through the forest with your ranger guide to find a gorilla family. Spend one magical hour observing their behavior and taking photos.
In the afternoon, visit the Batwa community, the forest’s original inhabitants. Learn about their traditions, hunting methods, and music before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
