Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara from Nairobi
You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi by your professional driver-guide. After a short safari briefing, begin your journey in a private safari vehicle, passing through local farmlands and scenic countryside.
Make a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photos before continuing to Masai Mara. The drive takes about 5 to 6 hours. On arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge or camp and then head out for your first game drive. In the evening, return for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in the Mara Plains (Game Drives)
Spend the whole day exploring the wide plains of Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have breakfast and a packed lunch to enjoy while on safari. Keep your camera and binoculars ready as you look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, elephants, rhinos, hyenas, wildebeests, and many other animals.
