Detailed 3 Days Masai Mara Flying Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Fly to Masai Mara National Reserve
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by your professional guide and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Enjoy scenic aerial views of the Great Rift Valley on your way to the Mara. Upon landing at one of the park’s airstrips, you will be transferred to your lodge or camp where a delicious lunch will be served. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge or enjoying an evening game drive before dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Game Drives – Full Day
After breakfast at around 6:00 a.m., set out for a morning game drive across the vast plains of Masai Mara. Look out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, zebras, and giraffes roaming the savanna.
After lunch, continue your adventure with an afternoon game drive through the Mara Triangle, one of the best areas to spot wildebeests, buffaloes, and other animals. Capture beautiful photos and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before returning to your lodge at around 6:00 p.m. for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Fly Back to Nairobi
