Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Travel from Arusha to Serengeti National Park – Optional Afternoon Game Drive
You will be picked up from the airport in Arusha by our company representative and driven to Serengeti National Park, a journey of about four hours.
Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, you may choose to relax at the lodge or join an optional game drive across the open plains of Serengeti.
During the game drive, look out for some of Africa’s most famous animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, rhinos, wildebeests, jackals, cheetahs, and hyenas.
Later, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Hot Air Balloon Safari and Game Viewing
Start your day early with breakfast before heading for a sunrise hot air balloon safari. Floating high above the Serengeti, you will have a clear view of the endless plains and the wildlife below.
You may spot elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and predators such as lions or cheetahs hunting for prey. Watching wildlife from above is an unforgettable experience and gives you a new perspective of the park.
After the balloon safari, return to the lodge for some rest. Later in the afternoon, head out for another game drive to explore more of Serengeti’s wildlife, including leopards, hyenas, and many bird species.
End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 3: Transfer Back to Arusha – End of Tour
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Arusha. The drive takes about four hours. Upon arrival, your safari will come to an end, and you can proceed with your flight or other travel plans.
